Watford FC – Fit out of South West Corner Restaurants and Chairman’s Lounge Refurbishments

Client: Watford Football Club

Value: £2.1m

Programme: 20 Weeks

This project involved taking a pre-cast concrete shell and fitting out of two luxury restaurants on the South West Stand at Watford Football Club. The project included forming partitions, feature ceiling designs, installation of 2 elevators, cubicle and IPS panelling, full mechanical & electrical design and installation, a varied floor finishes installation and a tailored joinery package, covering bespoke furniture and bars. The areas were completed to an incredibly high standard, within a very tight programme.

City Renovations also sought to undertake renovations to the Chairman’s Lounge, which ran in parallel to the restaurants project. This work included internal alterations to partitions to increase the size of the area, along with the introduction of some dedicated toilets for the area. A bespoke bar was created for this area, along with replacement glazing to the full elevation overlooking the football pitch.
